回覆刪除amiodarone 1# drip 10 min (1# = 50 mg/ml * 3 ml)
回覆刪除濃度超過 3mg/cc 較可能引起靜脈炎.
6# in 500 cc D5W with concentration of 1.74mg/ml
run 34 ml/hr (60 mg amiodarone/hr) for 6 hr
follwoed by 17 ml/hr for 18 hr
之後可換成PO amiodarone 200 mg QD (老人家可用100 mg QD)
注意prolonged QT interval on ECG and torsades de pointes (TdP)、pulmonary toxicity、effects on thyroid function
